Can we verify that The Tara Group of Lumberton has paid their annual fees from 2017?
They have provided an application to reinstate their permit 09-16 that expired, but have stated
they've paid their annual fees. They application fee they provided was a $5000 check, but if they've
paid their fees on the expired permit we should prorate their application fee.
