Adam, we have visited the site and have determined that the blue line stream that separates
the two pits is infact a ditch and the buffer rules will not apply. What else do you need from
me or from Mr. Rogers. I though I sent you something, but apparently I did not. I am in the
field today, but let me know what you need or we this suffice.
