I have referred another 83 e-mails in the 22 hours since yesterdays notice to you placing the total somewhere in the
mid-300s. Since today is the I& day since hearing #2, at what time today does the documented comments officially
end?

Just a heads up. I have now referred approximately 250 e-mails to NCMiningProgram objecting to the mining
application, 50 of those since 3:00 yesterday afternoon. I suspect a coordinated effort to pack my e-mail inbox will occur
over the next 36 hours.
