Greek Corridor and the thiree adjacent homeowners.
DEC. has fal10ed to restore the Sunset Clause to the current Wake Stone
quarry operations that were Iproni to eind llin 2031, 50 years from 1981.
This erodes trust llin the inew Iproposall for yet another daimaglling quarry.
Recreation areas Iiincludliing gireeinways should have a 250ft uin6stuirbed
�buffeir (61d Reedy Greek Road) to mallii the gireeinway experience.
There should Ibe ino Ibeirms or walHs witNlin that (buffer zoine. Ad6fioii the
Odd FeHows Tract has been identified as a "Cidficall IL.aind Acquisition Tiract"
by NC State Parks for Umstead State Park for water quafity protection and
poteii forested bike tral10s. The 1Boy Scouts have camped, Milked, and

Autlhoir9lty was offered a fair Beall to conserve the Ipropeirty Iby the
Conservation Fund and s1hoUld reconsider that offer llin Illight of the IpubBlic

left llin the Tarr 4nglle area; its citizens Ihave Iloing expressed that these areas
