The following addresses the two comments in your letter dated December 17, 2021.
1. The buffer should be 25'. This has been revised on the detail.
2. The map has been revised to show the wetlands. The blue line stream south west of the
site is already on the map. The buffer is adequate as shown. The wetlands are more
than 50' away from the permitted area.
