The Director of the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources, Mr. Brian Wrenn, has reviewed your letter
in which you requested a 120-day extension of time to respond to the Department's request for supplemental
information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its
September 17, 2021, request for additional information by July 19, 2022, The Director will make a decision on the
issuance based on the information currently on file.
