The following comments apply: 1. Maintenance of basins including cleaning out cells, and baffles needed. The skimmer at basin S136 (Donny's 8 on his mine map) needed repair. 2. Silt fence below basin 4 was down and needed repair. 3. Mine map did not reflect current conditions or the mine site manager's map (Donny). IE- basin numbers were not the same.
