Adam
Thanks for following up. We would like to request an 60 day extension to continue cleaning
up the site as requested in the ADI. With COVID and busy times and shortage of workers
Bobby has been having difficulty tying someone down to clean the site. He has arranged for a
contractor to complete next month and we want to ensure we have enough time to get the site
in order.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss please feel free to contact me.
Thanks in advance for your consideration

Bobby,
Please see the attached ADI letter that was mailed on September 9 that we still have
not received a response. You mentioned on the phone that your mailing address is not
the 402 Forestwood Park Road address as indicated on the application as well as your
cover letter.
Please resubmit the first page of the application with the correct mailing address.
If you are still interested in transferring this permit please request an extension to
respond to the Additional Information letter. Please explain why an extension is
needed and should be granted as well as the length of time required.
If the transfer is no longer a consideration please let me know that you would like to
withdraw this application.
Thanks,

Mr. McKeown and Mr. Branch,
Based on the inspection report there are some items that need to be disposed of
properly before we can approve the transfer. Please see the attached letter. A hard
copy will also be sent through certified mail.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
