Clear only necessary areas to allow for the installation of the approved erosion control measures. 3. Once erosion control measures are installed seed and stabilize the installed erosion control measures. 4. Clearing and grubbing of work area can begin. Work areas cleared must be within the installed erosion control measure drainage areas. 5. Maintenance of erosion control measures(ie. silt fence, diversion structures, check dams, sediment basins, etc.) must be completed at regular intervals. Accumulated sediment in the installed basins when the storage volume is half -full. 6. Any development occurring where the stormwater runoff can be directed to the existing pit does not have to have sediment control basins installed. The existing pit is used for treatment of runoff. 7.
