(Permit 92 10) due to the negative impacts on Uimstead State Park,
Crabtree Creek, the East Coast Oireenway, recreation In the Old Reedy
Oireelk Corridor and the three adjacent homeowners.
The current Welke Stone quarry on Harrison Ave In Cary has been a Ibad
ineliglhlbor for Uimstead State Park (trucks, inoise, dust, moire).
Pllease restore the Sunset Clause to the current Welke Stone quarry
operations that were Ipromised to end In 2031, 50 years from 1931.
Recreation areas gireenways should have a 2 s0ft undisturbed Ibuffer (olld
Reedy Oireelk Road) to maliintaliin the gireenway experience. No Ibeirms or
walls within that Ibuffer zone.
The Odd Fellllows Tract has been identified as a "CiritGcall L.and Acquisition
Tract" by NO State Parks for Uimstead State Park for water g,ualllity
