If you stay within the field and away from the wooded area (likely wetlands) and the ditch feature, you would be in an area outside of the Corps' jurisdiction. Hopefully this will be sufficient for DEMLR, but please let me know otherwise. Sincerely, Emily Emily B. Just checking to see if you have had a chance to look at the information on the possible wetlands. We are getting close to running out of sand and the state has said all I need is your confirmation. Thanks so much for your help. It appears that you would stay outside of the wooded area, which would likely consist of wetlands. DEMLR may need those wetlands delineated to be able to ensure certain buffers.
