Hi Mark,
Thank you for following up on this. If you stay within the field and away from the wooded area (likely wetlands) and
the ditch feature, you would be in an area outside of the Corps' jurisdiction. Hopefully this will be sufficient for
DEMLR, but please let me know otherwise.

We are getting close to running out of sand and the state has said all I need is your confirmation.

appears that you would stay outside of the wooded area, which would likely consist of wetlands. DEMLR may
need those wetlands delineated to be able to ensure certain buffers.

Note: This land is cleared sandy land that has been farmed for a hundred years.
