Hello Adam,
My only comment is they need to provide documentation that those potential wetlands towards the
back of the property have been delineated.
If it's not wetlands, I have no further comments. If it is wetlands, well that could change their map
and the amount of acreage they can dig.

Randall,
Please see the attached files for the Nichols Pit (74-99). They only sent 1 hard copy map, so I've
requested a second. As soon as I receive it I'll send it down your way.

Subject: Nichols Pit Comments
Hello Adam,
My main concern with the Nichols Pit expansion would be that drainage ditch to the north, looks like
that's where they stop, but the berm is right on top of it.
So my question would be what's their plan to mitigate the drainage, unless it's not going to matter
anymore since it's no longer going to be farmed. My maps show it not to be a blue line, so it's not a
deal breaker. A person does live directly to the east of that ditch, but I don't think that ditch applies
to him. I think he's got his own ditch network on the other side of the path.
My only other comment is they need to keep the sediment off Alvin Road, I need to slip back out
there to see if they've cleaned up their mess.
Please let me know if you need anything else. Whatever works for you, I'll be back in the office
Monday and I can scan whatever.
Thanks,
