Jerry R To: Parr, Adam Subject: Nichols Pit Comments Date: Friday, July 30, 2021 2:55:57 PM Hello Adam, My main concern with the Nichols Pit expansion would be that drainage ditch to the north, looks like that's where they stop, but the berm is right on top of it. So my question would be what's their plan to mitigate the drainage, unless it's not going to matter anymore since it's no longer going to be farmed. My maps show it not to be a blue line, so it's not a deal breaker. A person does live directly to the east of that ditch, but I don't think that ditch applies to him. I think he's got his own ditch network on the other side of the path. My only other comment is they need to keep the sediment off Alvin Road, I need to slip back out there to see if they've cleaned up their mess. Please let me know if you need anything else.
