I conducted an inspection of the Colon Mine today and it remains basically undisturbed and in a
reclaimed state. No mining has taken place ever under Green Meadows. Please find attached my
inspection report and pictures. Adjacent properties are properly depicted on the mining map. I do
not object the permit package or have additional comments to provide at this time.
