The following addresses the comments in your letter dated March 30, 2022.
1. See attached copies of return receipts.
2. The second billboard was shown but not labeled. It is labeled on the revised map.
3. The east side excavation area will be accessed via a haul path that goes through the
Duke Energy easement. The haul path is shown on the revised map.
4. Proof of consent to encroach the Duke Energy easement is not required per Mr. Adam
Parr, PE, Assistant State Mining Engineer.
5. The berm and silt fence adjacent to US Hwy 70 has been removed from the map. They
are not needed because the site slopes away from the highway. This will allow access to
the billboards and Duke Energy's easement just as it is currently accessed.
6. The buffers around the billboards and Duke Energy easement are labeled on the revised
map.
Two copies of the revised map are enclosed. If you have any questions or need additional
