PERMANENT GRASS COVER. THE SEED SPECIES SHALL BE SELECTED BASED ON THE TYPE OF SOIL PRESENT, SEASONAL
CONDITIONS AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS, AS AN ALTERNATIVE, THE CONTRACTOR MAY USE METHODS AND
SCHEDULES SHOWN BELOW; HOWEVER, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT A SPECIALIST BE CONSULTED WITH ATTENTION
