HALL, herein referred to as Grantors; and J. D. HOLLIFIELD and

W I T N E S SETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of $10 and the mutual covenanna
contained herein, the Grantors do hereby grant, sell, and cone
unto the Grantees a perpetual non-exclusive easement for Y
of access to the property of Grantees more accurately describeoes
in Book 1566 Page 53, of the Mitchell County Registry'.. This
easement shall be 40 feet in width. y

In consideration for this easement, Grantees agree
to grade and gravel this road as may be necessary to provi
vehicular access to the Washburn Cemetery which is located e
to the aforementioned roadway.Gated adjacent
Grantees, with approval of Grantors,
may snake other improvements to the roadway. Grantee will maintain
a locked gate across the roadway at the point of Beginning of
the easement described herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the Grantees, their successors
and assigns, the aforementioned easement and all privileges
pertaining thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Grantors -have executed this
easement on the above date.
