I have been contacted by Mr. Chris Bucy and April Dowland both of Buechel Stone Corporation, a
Wisconsin based company with offices at 7274 Hwy 221 N., Marion, NC, requesting transfer of Mine
Permit #61-19 Steel Gray Mine, Mitchell County, NC French Broad River Basin. As Buechel Stone
Corporation is the current Lease holder of that mine I wish to comply with their request.
