Thank you for the return call this morning. I have attached a revised page 18 to the
mining application and the return receipt for the certified letter sent to the Columbus
County Manager's office. As we discussed this morning, the new County Manager is Eddie
Madden. I did not realize that the previous manager, Mike Stevens had left that position
when making out the certified letters. Should you change your mind and need to have
the certified letter resent or page 18 of the application re -signed, please let me know.

private, of all tracts of land that are adjoining the mining permit boundary (including, where an adjoining tract is owned or leased
by the applicant or is owned by the lessor of the mine tract, all owners of record of tracts adjoining these tracts, that are within
1,000 feet of the mining permit boundary) and that notice of the pending application has been caused to be mailed, by certified or
registered mail, return receipt requested, to said owners of record at their addresses shown below, such notice being given on a
form provided by the Department:
