quafity, and daimage wHdlIlIfe Ibotlh llin the Iproposed site and llin inearby Ipulbllic areas (Umstead
and L.ake Crabtree). Therefore, l object under factors 2, 3, and 6
l also Ikinow that the Iproposed site is currently used for Ipublic outdoor activities. Issuance of
the Ipeirmit wiH cause those activities to cease. Furthermore, l Ibellieve that issuaince of the
�peirmit wiH cause the Ipubllic to stop using inearby Ipubllic Iparlks (Umstead and L.ake Crabtree).
Therefore, l object under factors 4 and 5.
