limage it Iborirowed, used, and returned. We purchased our Ihome 15 years ago Ipreciselly to Ibe
closer to Umstead State Park. We einjoy the uinllinteirirupted gireeinway that connects us to t1his
state treasure. T'Ns quarry will disrupt and destroy the inatuire that makes t1his area of NC
speciaL Ad6fioinaHy, RIDU Airport Autlh&lty was offered a fair deal to conserve the Ipropeirty
by the Conservation Fund and l aim requesting that Ibe reconsidered that offer, wNich fair
exceeds the (profits from the quarry over a 25 30 year (lease. l implore you to Illistein to the
citizens w1ho(hive llin tNis Ibeautifull area w1ho despeirat6ly do inot waint another quarry inear
Umstead State Park.
