NJR Group Inc. is requesting that Mine permit 84-08 for Riley Street Borrow Pit be transferred to them. NJR Group Inc. understands and agrees with all applicable responsibilities and liabilities with regards to the Mine Act of 1971. In addition with the applicable NCDEQ forms I have included a copy of the property deed and the section from the transfer agreement from NJR Group and JT Russell and Sons with regards to transfer of the Mine permit.
