NC Mine Permit No. 92-13
Adam,
Draper Associates has nearly completed the necessary mapping needed to complete our response to
your 09/03/2021 ADI regarding the Holly Springs mine modification application. Because I am
scheduled to work out of state next week, that leaves little time for review and corrections if
needed. To allow proper time for review of the mine maps and comments, I'm requesting that the
deadline for the ADI submittal be extended three (3) months. Thanks for your help.
