Sorry, Adam, I should have sent this last week, especially since it's an ownership transfer, but
questions came up about the NCG02.
Please see Brett's inspection report. The applicant needs to follow-up with our stormwater
permitting branch to investigate whether they need to have a NCG02 permit. The existing facility
has at least one outfall in Virginia and a stormwater permit in Virginia. It appears that a small
portion of the facility drains to an outfall in North Carolina.
Brett is advising the applicant to contact our stormwater permitting unit. Please see the attached
inspection report, and let us know if additional information is needed,
