Please see Brett's inspection report. The applicant needs to follow-up with our stormwater permitting branch to investigate whether they need to have a NCG02 permit. The existing facility has at least one outfall in Virginia and a stormwater permit in Virginia. It appears that a small portion of the facility drains to an outfall in North Carolina. Brett is advising the applicant to contact our stormwater permitting unit.
