The Director of the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources, Mr. Brian Wrenn, has reviewed your
consultant's, Mark Edwards, letter in which he requested an extension of time of 60 days to respond to the
Department's request for supplemental information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its July
19, 2021 request for additional information by March 19, 2022, The Director will make a decision on the issuance
based on the information currently on file.
