Dear Mr. Miller;
Per your review letter, a plant study has been performed and the plans have been revised. The
Following revisions were made to the maps:
• Labels were added for Long Creek
• Notes were added to the plans to ensure that a 50' undisturbed buffer would be
maintained between the proposed clearing and any streams near the work area.
• An access road and construction notes were added for Area A.
• The silt fence was modified to address the location of the access road for Area A.
• A note was added to indicate that the access road for Area A would remain.
Please find enclosed the following items:
• Six copies of the mine map, reclamation map, material storage area plans, and site details.
• A copy of the Schweinitz's Sunflower Survey
