The project application does not identify or clearly identify surface waters within Sediment, Soil Erosion, and Mining Permit Plan as required in
part B.2.i. of the mining permit application. A Unnamed Tributary (UT) to Toms Creek (Class C) in within the approximate area of the project as
depicted as a blue line on the USGS 7.5-minute quadrangle. It's not clear if additional streams are present within the project area. Plans must
indicate the locations of all surface waters so that accurate determinations of impacts to water quality can be provided.
