Re: Section 4041401 Wetland/ Stream Delineation / Assessment.
On October 14, 2021 Wetland Solutions, conducted a wetland delineation of the property
identified as PIN 0454-80-5821. After walking several transects across the property there were found
to be two identifying regulated features that fall under the section 404/401 jurisdiction by the Army
Corps and NCDEQ. The areas are identified on the corresponding map as W1 & W2. Please let me
know if you need any additional information regarding this site.
