Per our discussion during the application submittal meeting on May 26, 1 looked up the adjoining
Queensway, LLC Parcel No. 0454-70-5583 on the Cumberland County GIS and it shows Joshua and
Erika Jackson as the owners rather than Queensway, LLC as indicted on Sheet C2. The good news is
that we sent the public notice by certified mail to the Jacksons at their official address (see attached
screenshot) and as listed in the Adjoining Landowners List in the mining permit application we
submitted. I shared this information with Michael Blakley and he has updated Sheet C2 to remove
the Queensway, LLC reference to this parcel and replace it with the Jacksons as the current owner.
Michael has also updated the permittee name and contact information on Sheet C1 to match the
mining permit application documentation as we discussed. He is putting two copies of both Sheet
C1 and Sheet C2 in the mail to you today as you requested so that you will have it to exchange the
corresponding sheets in your and the regional office's copies.
