in which you requested a 1-year extension of time to respond to the Department's request for supplemental
information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its June
7, 2021, request for additional information by June 7, 2022, The Director will make a decision on the issuance based
on the information currently on file.
