Thanks for the information you provided regarding the permit modification of Ararat Rock Products
Company. I have submitted via US Mail my letter to Adam Parr requesting a public hearing in this matter,
and a copy is attached for your information and review. I met with representatives of the quarry and they
were cordial and informative. However, additional questions and concerns remain, thus my request for a
public hearing. If additional information is required please let me know via return e-mail.
