willll Ihave oin air qualkty, surface water quality, and groundwater qualkty so inear to my home.
The idea that we would allow a Iprlivate quarry oin this Ibeautifull Ipiece of Ilaind that has such
limmense irecreation vallue for our citizens is obsceine. The circumstances under which this
deal has proceeded thus fair appear einfiirelly suspicious, promoting the llinteirests of a siinglle
corporation over those of the (public. There is precious little uindevelloped gireein space heft llin
the Tidainglle area; it should Ibe treasured and protected iratlheir thain destroyed. l Ibelfieve that
the RIDU Airport Authority was offered a fair deal to conserve the (property Iby the
Conservation Fund and should reconsider that offer llin light of the IpubBlic Ibeinefits it would
provide.
