Adam,
Per your request, attached is the updated mine plan set to replace the current plan set on file with
your office. Michael and I have added a revision date to the cover sheet and have addressed the
items you requested on Sheet C2.
I am sorry I missed your call this morning. I wanted to get this PDF in your hands for review to
ensure we addressed all the items you need to move forward with the draft mining permit in lieu of
issuing an ADI letter. If you would like to discuss the items we added to Sheet C2 or have other
concerns or questions, I am available to talk any time this afternoon at your convenience.
Thanks again for giving us this opportunity to address your concerns to avoid an ADI letter.

Tracy,
I left you a VM, but I'll try to call tomorrow. There are 2 items that were missing from the mine
map.
1. The 100-yr flood plain line
2. The neighboring structures
I'll try to call you again tomorrow, but I might be able to send a draft without sending an ADI letter.
Thanks,
Adam Parr, PE

Here you go, Adam. As the three files (mine plan set, mining app and SW app) are too large to send
by email, they are provided at the link below. Note that the first page of both the mining permit
application and the NCG02 coverage application files contain a copy of the corresponding processing
fee check and may need to be deleted on your end.
