Pertaining to Question #10:
I have looked diligently for records of any known mine shafts in the vicinity and have come up
with nothing as far as historic maps. The only thing I was able to find is from page 302 of the
original Application we submitted for the mine back in 1984 1 believe.

Pertaining to Question #12:
As far as Gold mining details... This is a aggregate mine. Gold is more of a "Possibility" than an
actual product of the mine. If there is any gold to be found it would be in the top layers of the
dirt and quartz veins on the property. If any trace of gold is found, it would be shipped off from
the property and processed elsewhere. There will be no type of Cyanide Leaching or anything of
that nature for the extraction of Gold... we will not be set up for any type of that operation.
