Carolina Sunrock would like to amend the reporting time frame for the Pit Dewatering Pump and
Monitoring Plan. The plan currently accounts for the submittal of information to DEMLR Mining
Division by June First each year.
However, to better align this reporting to our other required annual reporting to the department
(Annual Reclamation Reports). We wish that this date and sentence be revised to state the
following:
Annual reports of monitoring results and precipitation data shall be submitted to the DEMLR Mining
Division appended to the Annual Reclamation Report.
There are no other changes to the Pit Dewatering Pump and Monitoring Plan as presented on the
plan sets.
