Comments for the #54-68 Alphin Pit are as follows:
1: Residences with in 500 feet of excavation. His application does say he will not be dewatering, but
he will be going below the water table to a maximum of 30 ft. (May need more explanation)
2: Farm ditch is located in southern (1/3) of the permit area and along the eastern property line. BUT
this would be a DWR question.
