Will the operation, as proposed, violate standards of air quality? TBD
Comments: The application for an air permit has not been received by the DAQ.
DAQ has a concern given the area. This area has exhibited a historical
sensitivity to ozone development from smoke. The concern are the weather
conditions at the time of burn. Should PL be burning during the hot, dry summer
weather there is a greater concern. DAQ prefers and would encourage PL to
disaose of the debris by other means due to these concerns.
