Conducted an inspection on 7/28/21. Attached is the checklist. Below are my additional comments.
Comments for Morse Park Modification —
1. Reclamation mine map was not included with application.
2. Basin calculations were not included.
3. Application mentions super silt fence around treatment areas and stockpile locations, but not
shown on the plan.
4. Haul roads and temporary construction entrances, mats are not shown on the plan.
5. Where is the off -site spoil location? Measures and stabilization for this area are not shown on
the plan. Do they have permission to take the material there? Is it a permitted site with Land
Quality or with the Local Erosion control program with Lake Lure? Need separate plan/detail
sheet for this area.
6. Dredge and slurry pipe to treatment basins is not shown on the plan. What size is the filter
drain (calculations).
7. No specific seeding specs for reclamation of area were included.
