D & C Farms Mine 89-12: dewater 3 times a year is a little confusing and site is surrounded by low -
laying areas but other than that no issues noted.
Foster Forbes Mine 27-56: Other than the importance of maintaining the correct distances away
from the power lines, no problems noted.
