I visited the site yesterday.
1st One concern is the OHE (Over Head Electric) Lines crossing the entire width of the proposed
mine site. Does the 30 ft access need to extend underneath the power line or just a power pole
access is needed.
2nd This will probably be addressed by DWR. But, Soil conditions to the south of the purpose permit
appear wet.
