Geology of the site is surficial deposits Quaternary age — sand, clay, gravel, and peat deposited in marine,
fluvial, colian, and lacustrine environments. Quaternary deposits not shown at altitudes greater than
approximately 25 feet above mean sea level (Suffolk Scarp, in part).

From application showing proposed mining site and the creek adjacent to the proposed mine limit is 75
feet from property line which is center of the creek and 50 feet buffer to creek.
