Re: Hoods Creek Soils application for a mining permit
Dear Sirs:
I am in opposition to Hoods Creek Soils being granted a permit to mine property located in Caldwell
County. This operation will present a physical hazard, adversely affected our health, subject us to
pollutants and harm our environment.
I would like for the state to hold a public hearing to learn about the concerns of the community.
