I would like to express my opposition to issuing a permit to mine on this property. I'm the
adjacent property and will be adversely affected by this. There will be dust, dynamite smoke,
dirt in the road, and damage to my house from the blasting. I want the state to have a public
hearing so you can hear our concerns. Many of my neighbors would also like to express their
concerns. There is some information about this site that the state should know about. The only
way we can tell you is through a public hearing
