The permit was issued in April of 2018 as a borrow site. The permit was for 4.8 disturbed acres and the project ID is CALDW-2018-011, Foothills Borrow Site. The permit was issued to Preston Contractors, Inc. Please note that the fee for 5.0 acres was paid by the original permittee for this site. Please contact me at your convenience. Mr. Smith, I have spoken with the State Assistant Mining Engineer, Adam Parr, and will be resubmitting or submitting a new E&S application for the Hood Creek Soils property, staying under 5 acres in total disturbed area, 1 off -site project, to be completed within 1-year and no blasting. We are confirming currently disturbed acreage that occurred as part of our installation of the permitted driveway entrance. We will update our previously submitted plans and calculations and should have these to you within a few days. Please let me know the best way for you to receive these documents. Thank you.
