appear that you would not have to dewater high volumes of water with the water table being so
deep. I will put you on the CCPCUA water withdrawal registration mail list. You will receive a
postcard every January reminding you to register your water withdrawals for the previous year.

Good afternoon, I have spoken with Gabrielle and we are in agreeance that I understand I
will not be pumping over 100,000 gals and that a permit is not necessary at this time. I will register
with the CCPCUA and report once a year with the CCPCUA my water withdrawals as occurred. Here

Yes sir, sounds good. Ernie (copied here) has working on the CCPCUA the past few days, we weren't
exactly sure what info was missing but he intends on clarifying and completing ASAP. As far as I
know we will not be doing any dewatering as this mine is infiltrated. We will make sure it's handle
asap so we may move forward.

Management Branch, for their review.
They mentioned that they still have not received the complete application for the CCPCUA water
