Good evening, I trust your past few weeks have been well.
1) Please confirm the attached plan set has not been received and that it addresses questions 5 thru
8 of the ADI letter.
2) The attached cert receipts should address question 1, although one was delivered and returned
due to the owner no longer living at this location (see attached). I am working to locate the owner
but to no avail at this time, I am assuming this will be a must?
3) See Bradley Adkins (attached) will this type of doc of the rest of the neighboring land owners will
be acceptable to answer question 4? 1 have performed research, according to the Jones County GIS
"Well" tab and the associated property cards there are no wells on any of the adjoining sites.
4) In reference to item 3, we do not currently offer any additional screening, this location was
previously an NCDOT mining operation of the same. The operation is currently screened by an
existing wood line and not within remote vicinity of a public road.
5) In reference to item 2, it has been determined that access road to the mine is not a public road.
After your initial review please confirm the quantity of hard copies of each item you would like me to
send.

Tim,

I can't find where we received hard copies of the items that were sent digitally. Please re -send hard
copies of the files. Also, please be sure to respond to items 2,3, and 4 on the Additional Information
Letter as well.
The public hearing was last week and it went well. The will most likely be 1 or 2 additional items that
will be send in and ADI letter regarding ground water. I am working with DWR to make sure they
have all the information they need.
