One concern for the protection of Scott Creek that there is not enough buffering from the ditch
and creek. Hurricane Florence 2018 water backed up 50 to 100 yards. If they had been
mining would have contaminated the creek. Given opportunity for a fish kill.

Thanks for the job you did. Have you been to the site for inspection. I would think you could
see how close Scot Creek and the Trent River are to the mining site as well as the new county
well.
