Adam,
I have attached a copy of the Jones County tax record. This record indicates that Edward Trent Scott owns
the property where the Scott Farm Road Mine is to be established, not Anita Scott, who's name appears on
the application.
I believe this is worth an inquiry to determine why there is a difference and if Anita Scott can grant access
to the property where the mine is to be established.
