Just found this on the Mining Program's email page.
JJ Morton has not paid last year fees. I think there are two Morton.

Tim Morton trucking had filed for permit to mine in Jones County. Jones County
commissioners have requested public hearing and I am sure you have received
comments from the residents.
The problem is that we have not been given notice when a public hearing was going
to be held or where this permit application stands. Please provide an update as to
where this permit application stands and if there is going to be a public hearing.
