So another potential concern came up over the weekend.
We are developing a new Water Treatment Plant for the County Water system less than half a
mile away from this site across Scott Creek. We will have two wells in the Castle Hayne
Aquifer. I'm not sure if they are "de -watering" this mine, but that could have an impact on our
water plant and wells.
This was not captured in our comments or letters.
